As a leader and single mom who had to navigate multiple transitions, I know the challenges of successfully integrating my parenting and education goals. That experience, as well as 15+ years’ experience in leadership informs my coaching approach.

I have experience in secondary and postsecondary education and workforce development. I’ve overseen student affairs via advising, and resource support. I’ve helped more than 200 students step confidently into their educational journeys. I have advocated on behalf of students and colleagues using an approach that is grounded in diverse, equitable and inclusive ideologies.

I founded WithLove Coaching and Consulting, LLC to guide parents through successful parenting and education transitions.
