As the founder and chief educational consultant of WithLove Coaching and Consulting, LLC, Tennille Love-Frost brings over 15 years of diverse professional experiences in combination with graduate level education in both Business and Higher Education Administration. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Spelman College, an MBA in Operations Management, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Liberty University to earn her doctorate degree in Higher Education Administration: Educational Leadership.
Tennille uses her professional and academic expertise and knowledge in addition to her lived experiences to offer comprehensive college and career coaching services to help students and families starting as early as the 6th grade! At Sinclair Community College, she serves as the Advising Generalist for the Huber Heights Regional Center. She is also a certified dropout prevention specialist, as well as a member of several professional organizations, such as the National Academic Advising Assoc. (NACADA), the Ohio Association for College Admission Counseling (OACAC), the Independent Educational Consultants Assoc. (IECA), and the National Black MBA Assoc. (NBMBAA). In addition, she also serves as a board member for the Macedonia Community Development Corporation (MCDC).
As a mother, wife, daughter, scholar, and community servant, Tennille’s life purpose is to fulfill her divine calling to coach, consult, and partner with ambitious and hardworking students and families to help them discover and practice purposeful living by refining their personal and academic relationships and goals.
